Homebuyer Training Class: April 23 & 30 (In Person)

WIN’s intensive Homebuyer Training Classes provide nine hours of home buyer education over two consecutive Saturdays (4/23 & 4/30) from 8am-12:30 pm.

The class will be held face to face in WIN’s Community Room. Participants must comply with the safety protocols for in-person classes.

You must attend both sessions in the same series to receive your certificate.

The cost for this class is $35.00 and is nonrefundable and non-transferable.

Space is limited to 15 individuals, so please register to reserve your spot.

Face masks are required to attend this in-person training!

Online registration and checkout for the April 23rd & 30th Homebuyer Training Class is open through Wednesday, April 20th.

Registration can be completed online or by phone (To complete your registration, payment will need to be received by close of business the Wednesday before the first class).
