Topics include: \n\nHome inspections\nLenders and loans\nHomeowners insurance\nBudgeting & money management\nRealtors\n\nThe class will be held face to face in WIN’s Community Room. Participants must comply with the safety protocols for in-person classes. \nYou must attend both sessions in the same series to receive your certificate. \nThe cost for this class is $35.00 and is nonrefundable and non-transferable. \nSpace is limited to 30 individuals\, so please register to reserve your spot. \nONLINE REGISTRATION & CHECKOUT for the April 18th Homebuyer Training Class is open through Wednesday\, April 15th. \nRegistration can be completed online or by phone (To complete your registration\, payment will need to be received by close of business the Wednesday before the first class). \nIf you prefer to pay in person\, payment must be made by the Wednesday before the class.
