A tiger, the Blue Beetle, and a family of Minions were just a few of WIN’s guests at the Drive-Boo Trick or Treat event on October 28, carrying on a Beekman Corridor Halloween tradition.
WIN continued its decades-old tradition of hosting a community Halloween party welcoming seventy-one kids ages 1 – 14 to its campus and providing takeaway treat bags for sixty additional youth. Volunteers and staff turned the community room into Halloween central with spooky décor, classic Halloween music, and a photo booth. Following a Beekman Corridor Halloween tradition, kids from around the Beekman Corridor played games, made crafts, and received free treats including books from the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library and Mill Creek Alliance. WIN thanks the twenty-one people who volunteered for the event and sponsors Union Savings Bank/Guardian Savings Bank, Integra Group, and several individual donors.
