WIN’s intensive Homebuyer Training Classes provide nine hours of homebuyer education over two consecutive Saturdays (7/20 & 7/27) from 8am-12:30 pm. Topics include: Home inspections Lenders and loans Homeowners insurance Budgeting & money management Realtors The class will be held face to face in WIN’s Community Room. Participants must comply with the safety protocols for
