Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) is proud to announce The John R. Jurgensen and Bobby Maly, CEO of The Model Group, as the 2025 Hall of Fame honorees. Both will be recognized at The Homes That Hope Built – Building Futures celebration on Thursday, October 30, at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati.

The John R. Jurgensen Company is a family-owned leader in heavy highway construction serving Southern Ohio, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. The company generously invested in S. Cumminsville donating the blacktop for  the walking trail at Wayne Field in and provided the demolition of an unused building on WIN’s campus—creating new green space for children’s programs and neighborhood activities.

Also being honored is Bobby Maly, CEO/Principal of The Model Group, who has led more than $1 billion  in transformative urban mixed-use and affordable housing projects in cities like Cincinnati, Dayton, and Ft. Wayne. Bobby has played a central role in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine revitalization.

WIN executive Director, S. Barbara Busch, SC. Said, “WIN is thrilled to celebrate these honorees whose leadership and generosity embody the spirit of WIN’s mission.” Full profiles of the Hall of Fame honorees will be shared this fall. For event information, visit https://wincincy.org/hall-of-fame/
