We’re thrilled to share an opportunity that Hamilton County homeowners can take advantage of: the Revive + Thrive Home Repair Loan Program from LISC Greater Cincinnati! In partnership with Working In Neighborhoods (WIN), Warsaw Federal, Habitat for Humanity, United Way 211, and the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, this program provides the support needed to make critical home repairs—without breaking the bank.

Homeowners outside the City of Cincinnati can apply for low-interest loans of $5,000 to $25,000 to address essential home repairs like roof replacements, furnace upgrades, plumbing issues, or safety concerns like mold or lead. Even better? You don’t have to navigate the process alone. From the moment you apply to the day your repairs are complete, trusted local partners—including WIN’s HUD-certified counselors—will guide you every step of the way.

“Revive + Thrive provides an opportunity to access a low interest loan (2%) with less than perfect credit (560 credit score or above) and get much needed repairs completed and someone else (Habitat) manages the contractors and repairs. If you are nervous about securing a loan and managing contractors this might be the perfect program for you,” said Hope E. Wilson, WIN’s Operations Director/Housing Program Manager.

This program is about more than repairs—it’s about helping families stay safe and stable in the homes they love. If you or someone you know has been putting off home repairs because of the cost or confusion about where to start, now’s the time to take action.

Call 211 or visit www.HamiltonCountyHome.org to learn more and apply today. Your home deserves it—and so do you.
