South Fairmount Community Council intends for this community garden to teach the public about sustainability in using open pollinated heirloom seeds in pots and in ground. The fruits of this garden to be provided free-of-charge to the people of our local urban communities to help compensate for the shortage of funding for free produce. Construction and maintenance of garden beds and plantings is voluntary and intended to engage our neighbors in common goals. Donations and offers to help are welcome.
