Leila Stacey, WIN's Fund Development and Marketing Assistant, sits working at her desk.If you’ve noticed WIN’s growing presence on social media over the past 18 months, you can thank Leila Stacey, WIN’s Development and Marketing Assistant. Since joining WIN in the late spring of 2023, Leila has revitalized WIN’s digital footprint, bringing fresh energy to social media and the website while providing tech support to staff.

Leila grew up in West Harrison and graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, concentrating in media promotion and management, along with minors in marketing and French. Passionate about ethical marketing, she sought out opportunities with small businesses and nonprofits, ultimately finding a perfect match with WIN.

“When I interviewed, I saw that WIN really listens to the community,” Leila said. “WIN doesn’t just tell people they need homes – they educate people about homeownership and work to create a community where people want to live.”

Leila’s impact is clear. WIN now posts multiple times each week across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, expanding the organization’s reach. Under her guidance, LinkedIn engagement has more than doubled, and Google Analytics helps shape content based on user behavior. She’s also improving website navigation, making it easier for visitors to access critical resources.

Looking ahead, Leila plans to incorporate more videos featuring WIN’s housing and financial literacy team. She encourages supporters to follow, like, comment, and share WIN’s posts, saying, “Every engagement helps more people discover WIN’s mission.”
