This online homebuyer education course from eHome America is self-guided, online, and can be completed at your convenience. There is no time limit to complete the Self-Guided Homebuyer Course.
Learn how to:
- Determine if homeownership is right for you
- Shop for a home
- Maintain your home
In order receive a certificate, you must complete all surveys and achieve an 80% on the final knowledge check. Upon completion of the self-guided online homebuyer education course, you must then complete a one hour session with a housing counselor.
The course fee is $99.00 and is non-refundable.
