Working In Neighborhoods is honored to be featured in Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s 2025 Annual Impact Report, a recognition that celebrates the power of partnership and the impact of investing in neighborhoods.
Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s support is helping WIN create lasting change across the Mill Creek Valley. From advancing the Near-Net-Zero Urban Village to funding technology that helps us better connect with neighbors, GCF’s investment is strengthening our ability to serve the community while expanding opportunities for affordable housing and economic development.
The report also shines a spotlight on the leadership of the South Cumminsville Community Council. Four council members—including a WIN Board member—are featured for their work to advance affordable housing and economic development in the Mill Creek Corridor, highlighting the collaborative efforts driving neighborhood revitalization.
GCF’s investment is also helping WIN build smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Annika Seppala, WIN’s new Real Estate Development Coordinator, explains, “I’m really excited to take the lessons we learned from the first two [Near-Net-Zero homes] and use them to make the next homes even better. It will be great to streamline and make a process.”
