Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) is proud to recognize Kristen Baker, Executive Director of LISC Greater Cincinnati and LISC Louisville, as a 2026 Hall of Fame honoree.
Since joining LISC in 2011, Baker has been a driving force behind efforts to expand affordable housing, strengthen neighborhoods, and create economic opportunity throughout the Cincinnati region. She became Executive Director of LISC Greater Cincinnati in 2020, following the retirement of Kathy Schwab, a 2015 WIN Hall of Fame honoree, and recently took on the additional role of Executive Director for LISC Louisville.
Under Baker’s leadership, LISC and its affiliates have invested more than $135 million in the Cincinnati region, helping finance affordable housing, preserve homeownership, and support neighborhood revitalization. She has helped secure millions of dollars for housing initiatives while bringing together local governments, lenders, developers, philanthropic partners, and community organizations to address some of our region’s most pressing housing challenges.
Throughout her career, Baker has focused on connecting people with the resources they need to strengthen their communities. Her collaborative leadership and unwavering commitment to equitable development have made a lasting impact across Greater Cincinnati and beyond.
