Homebuyer Training Class: February 1st & 8th (In Person)
Working In Neighborhoods 1814 Dreman Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio, United StatesWIN’s February intensive Homebuyer Training Classes provide nine hours of homebuyer education over two consecutive Saturdays (2/1 & 2/8) from 8am-12:30 pm. You must attend both sessions in the same series to receive your certificate.

Topics include: Home inspections Lenders and loans Homeowners insurance Budgeting & money management Realtors The class will be held face to face in WIN’s Community Room.
