Bobby Maly, CEO/Principal at The Model Group. On October 30, 2025, Working In Neighborhoods (WIN) will honor Bobby Maly, CEO of The Model Group, at its annual Hall of Fame celebration. Maly’s career exemplifies the values WIN champions—strengthening communities, creating opportunities for families, and keeping affordable housing at the heart of thriving neighborhoods.

Since becoming CEO in 2020, Maly has overseen more than $1 billion in real estate development, focusing on transformative urban mixed-use and affordable housing projects across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. His leadership has guided The Model Group’s efforts toward equitable growth and neighborhood revitalization.

In South Cumminsville, Over-the-Rhine, and Walnut Hills, Maly has been instrumental in mixed-use developments that combine historic property rehabilitation with new construction, including affordable housing. His commitment to providing high-quality housing options ensures residents have access to safe, sustainable, and inclusive communities.

Beyond real estate, Maly has contributed significantly to civic life. He has served with Leadership Cincinnati, Heritage Ohio, the City of Cincinnati’s Community Development Advisory Board, and as Past Chair of the Over-the-Rhine Chamber of Commerce.

“Bobby is being honored for his unwavering commitment to the same principles that guide our work: helping families build stability, revitalizing neighborhoods, and ensuring housing remains a pathway to generational wealth and opportunity,” said WIN Executive Director S. Barbara Busch.
