The 2025 Santa’s Workshop is a fun, safe, kids-only experience for children age 5-12. Children will pick out festive crafts, take home a holiday photo, and “shop” for their very own gifts from Santa’s Workshop.
Baby gift bags for ages 6 months- 4 years will not be given out at the party on Saturday, December 20, 2025 and babies/toddlers cannot attend the party. You will receive a call when baby or toddler gift bags are ready for pick up.
This event is free, but registration is required. Parent/Guardian must provide all required information on the registration form. No substitutes will be allowed.

Registration will be open from Friday, November 14th through Friday, December 5th. Paper registration forms are available for pickup at WIN’s office (1814 Dreman Ave; enter the parking lot from Llewellyn Ave.).
NOTE: Failure to cancel your registration within 48 hours of the WIN 2025 Holiday Party may prevent your participation in WIN’s future youth programs. Staggered arrival times will be scheduled. Parents/Guardians will not be permitted to enter Santa’s Workshop with their child(ren). Please don’t try. There will be signs to direct you to the entrance and someone will meet your child/ren and direct them to Santa’s Workshop. Parents/guardians will be asked to wait while children shop (approximately 15 minutes) and meet their child(ren) when they exit to the WIN parking lot. Parents/Guardians are NOT PERMITTED to enter Santa’s Workshop.
Parents with children older than 12 years old, please do not send them into Santa’s Workshop. They will need to wait with the parent/guardian. But ask us if we have something for them.
